Me: Don’t worry, your skill is in demand and well sought after. Just learn to work with the lady boss as women will be influential for the next 20 years.

Also, you have a nobleman who is a lady that can help you in your career. She can connect to the very top management.

Client: Yes! I know who she is.

Reviewing 2023, this US bank had just announced a major revamp and retrenchment exercise just not too long ago.

There were also some bank failures that happened in the year.

My client is currently doing well in his career.
